MySlideShow Upgrades

Upgrade Policy

As a registered customer you are entitled to free upgrades during one year from the date of purchase. It means that for one year you can download and install the latest versions of the software from our site, and the registration code that you received from us when you purchased the software will work with the latest product version.

If you purchased the software more than one year ago, you are no longer entitled to free upgrade. However, you can purchase an upgrade to the latest version at a discounted price (see the table below), and this upgrade will allow you to have free upgrades for another year.

If you don't want to purchase an upgrade, you can use the program forever; it will never expire, but you won't be able to use the latest version.

If you have a question about our upgrade policy or don't remember your order date, feel free to e-mail us. These upgrades are for existing customers only. If we don't find your name in the customer database, we'll have to cancel the order.

This policy has been used since MySlideShow v3.

All the prices are quoted in US Dollars.

MySlideShow displays your current license type in the About window. Use the Help | About  menu to open it.

If you haven't received your registration code within 24 hours after your online order, please check the Spam/Bulk folder at your e-mail server and contact us. Nowadays e-mail servers (especially large ISPs like comcast.net, cox.net, etc.) often reject/remove e-mails because of incorrect anti-SPAM filters.
